This is an example of a Sprint 8 type of workout! It's an excellent way to increase fat burning in far less time at your traditional workout, but as with any exercise, you need to be consistent. It's worth reading the notes on his website to maxmise the benefit, such as not consuming ANY kind of sugar or sweetner for 2 hors following this workout since it will cancel the physiological benefit!
