SEA SALT...good or bad?

You have to be careful with anything harvested from the environment since it can be exposed to pollution. So may parts of the world's ocean are contaminated with waste. :-(

Also, as the article pointed out, iodine is an important ingredient not always found in sea salt.

On the other hand, manufactured salt can have other additives such as fluoride and anti caking ingredients. If you use salt regularly, it is a good idea to research the source.!page=post&id=592A97B3-4F05-9ECF-489D-BFC023E9FE2B

I can agree with Trump on this...

Flu shots inject "bad stuff" into your body, stated Trump. There are studies suggesting links to other health consequences such as Alzheimer's disease, which also happens to be on the rise!

When you adopt healthy lifestyle habits, and enjoy a healthy immune system, the Flu is MUCH less likely to affect you! However, if you are stressed, tired, eat low quality food, smoke, are obese...your chances are much greater at getting sick! With or without a vaccine!


8 day old baby with constipation...

I had a happy experience the other day with a little 8 day old baby (so little!), when his mom brought him in because he hadn't had a bowel movement in 3 days!

She had an unhappy experience with one of her other children, when they were an infant, and she brought them in for medical attention. She was afraid the same procedure would be used and wanted to try something else before risking a similar outcome as the last time.

To our happy amazement he filled his diaper while I was working on him! Whew, did it smell (lol), but everybody was happy and grateful! 

I’m so glad chiropractic care was a great option for her!

The BEST 20 minute workout EVER, but could be hard for many!

This is an example of a Sprint 8 type of workout! It's an excellent way to increase fat burning in far less time at your traditional workout, but as with any exercise, you need to be consistent. This is Dr. Joseph Mercola demonstrating. It's worth reading the notes on his website to maxmise the benefit, such as not consuming ANY kind of sugar or sweetner for 2 hors following this workout since it will cancel the physiological benefit!
